Auralee’s luxurious textures, modern colors and silhouettes reflected in their flagship store in Tokyo‘s fashion district of Aoyama.
Launched in 2015 and represented at Paris Fashion Weeks since 2019, Auralee has become a rising brand within Japan and abroad. Auralee is a completely original brand: while most fashion designers use ready-made textiles, designer Ryota Iwai makes his own textiles, from creating the fabric to designing the outfits.
Iwai sources his textiles from a textile wholesaler specializing in fine cotton and wool. The brand’s flagship store is similar to Auralee’s collections, minimalist spaces and contrasting textures.
